About the role
Employee Services team at Accenture delivers seamless in‑person and digital employee experiences. The Delivery Lead Senior Manager oversees HR service delivery, manages case resolution, and drives process automation and AI‑enabled improvements. Bengaluru office, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead delivery of in‑person and online employee experience services
- Act as primary contact for HR inquiries and case management
- Process onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee data requests
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws
- Create and update HR knowledge articles and drive continuous improvement
- Support HR transformation initiatives including AI‑enabled automation
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional teams
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Master's degree or HR certifications preferred
Nice to have
- 6‑10 years HR experience
- 2‑3 years supervisory or managerial experience
- Hands‑on with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Experience with payroll systems and HR analytics tools
- Professional certifications (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, PMP, Workday Certified)
