About the role

Finance Transformation Services at Accenture helps clients re‑imagine finance operations through end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report solutions. The Delivery Lead Senior Manager partners with sales teams to provide deep R2R expertise, designs large‑scale transformation roadmaps, and leads client engagements and workshops. Based in Gurugram, this on‑site role involves extensive client interaction, solution design, and mentorship of junior consultants.

What you’ll do

• Partner with sales teams to embed R2R expertise in pursuit lifecycle
• Design end‑to‑end R2R solutions for complex deals
• Develop client‑specific value propositions and transformation roadmaps
• Lead client presentations, workshops, and solution narratives
• Drive sales growth and account mining across industries
• Stay current on industry trends, benchmarks, and AI/ML automation
• Contribute to thought leadership and whitepapers
• Collaborate with delivery, transformation, and digital teams

What you’ll bring

Any Graduation

Nice to have

• 18-22 years of finance transformation experience
• Deep domain expertise in Record‑to‑Report
• Proven delivery of at least 2 large‑scale F&A deals
• Experience with automation tools such as BlackLine, Trintech, HighRadius
• Strong client‑facing and presentation skills
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Travel flexibility and shift‑pattern adaptability
