- Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to attract and hire exceptional technology talent
- Build high-performing engineering teams across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and AI/ML
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy
- Drive process optimization and talent market intelligence

- 7+ years of recruiting experience
- Significant experience hiring for technical and engineering roles
- Strong sourcing expertise
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
