What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior/niche technical roles in US & UK
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce plans
Develop region-specific sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews ensuring cultural fit
Drive diversity & inclusion hiring initiatives across both regions
Provide market intelligence on compensation benchmarks and talent trends
Ensure compliance with US & UK employment laws and visa/work authorization
Collaborate with HR and legal teams for onboarding and compliance

What you’ll bring

7+ years technical recruiting experience, 3+ years US/UK focus
Bachelor's in HR, Business, Computer Science or related field

Nice to have

Experience hiring cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), AI/ML, DevOps, Databricks, full-stack roles
Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools
