About the role

Order to Cash Operations team at Accenture focuses on end‑to‑end collections and accounts receivable processes for global clients. The Senior Analyst leads a team of collections associates, oversees AR billing, adjustments, write‑offs, and ensures accurate reporting and reconciliation. Gurugram, India, on‑site role with occasional night shifts and overtime as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor collections associates
• Process A/R billings, adjustments, and write‑offs
• Perform supervisory AR tasks as needed
• Generate business unit reports and required information
• Track and reconcile daily/monthly AR balances
• Ensure invoice completeness and accuracy in AR system
• Investigate invoice and customer data discrepancies
• Generate repayments for erroneous or overpayments

What you’ll bring

• Accounting or Finance degree
• 3-4 years relevant experience
• B1T English proficiency
• Collections background
• 1-2 years team lead or SME experience
• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP
• AR accounting experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
