Order to Cash Operations Associate

About the role

The Order to Cash Operations Associate joins Accenture's Finance Operations vertical in Gurugram, supporting the Order to Cash process from sales order through invoicing and cash application. Day-to-day work includes collecting operational data reports, analyzing and reconciling transactions, managing unapplied cash and suspense account reconciliation, and streamlining billing to optimize working capital and cash flow. The role also involves implementing client account plans, building client relationships, and monitoring existing services for additional value. This full-time position is open to night shift and rotational shifts and is flexible for RTO.

What you’ll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis to determine financial outcomes and reconcile transactions
• Manage end-to-end revenue and cash flow, streamline billing processes, and provide real-time visibility to optimize working capital
• Handle cash application processing, resolve cash application queries, coordinate with customers, and reconcile unapplied cash and suspense accounts from payment receipt to finalization
• Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits to build deeper client relationships
• Monitor existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client
• Work as an individual contributor within a team on a predetermined, focused scope of work with interactions mainly within the team and direct supervisor
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Work in rotational shifts as required
