What you’ll do
- Own and execute new hire setups across HR platforms
- Manage offboarding and compliance workflows
- Process mid‑cycle employment and compensation changes
- Coordinate monthly global payroll for 10+ countries
- Serve as point of contact for India insurance vendors
- Manage India overtime processing
- Coordinate travel vendor bookings and visa letters
- Audit and automate People Operations workflows using AI tools
What you’ll bring
- 4-6 years People Operations or HR Generalist experience
- Global exposure preferred
- Operational discipline managing recurring deadlines
- Experience automating processes with AI tools
- Strong communication across time zones
- Global payroll literacy
- Experience with India benefits administration
