What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle delivery globally
- Maintain audit‑ready employee data in HiBob
- Process payroll inputs and benefits administration
- Manage People inbox and resolve queries within SLAs
- Develop self‑service FAQs and manager toolkits
- Support ISO 27001 and SOC2 audit evidence

- 4.5+ years HR Operations experience
- Global employee population management
- HRIS expertise (HiBob/Workday)
- Payroll processing coordination
