About the role
People Operations at CUBE, a global RegTech leader, drives HR operational excellence for a distributed workforce. The specialist manages end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, maintains accurate HRIS data in HiBob, and supports payroll and benefits across all regions. Based in Bangalore, India, this role works onsite with a hybrid collaboration model across time zones, partnering closely with the Global People Operations Manager and Systems & Change Specialist.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle delivery globally
- Manage People inbox, triage and resolve queries within SLAs
- Maintain audit‑ready employee data in HiBob
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs for assigned regions
- Support benefits administration and global mobility processes
- Develop FAQs, guides and toolkits to enable self‑service
What you’ll bring
- 4.5+ years HR Operations experience
- Global or multi‑country employee population management
- HRIS expertise (HiBob, Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
- Payroll processing and vendor liaison
- Drafting employment documentation
- Fluent written and spoken English
