What you’ll do
- Set and monitor branch targets and manpower planning
- Recruit, train and mentor branch sales and credit managers
- Drive monthly disbursement targets for micro‑business loans
- Identify high‑potential business clusters and implement penetration strategies
- Improve manpower productivity and manage product mix for profitability
- Oversee portfolio collection, audit compliance and competitive market tracking
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering or Management
- MBA or PGDM preferred
Nice to have
- 5-10 years of relevant banking experience
- Proven track record in meeting disbursement targets
- Experience recruiting and training sales and credit teams
- Ability to develop and execute branch penetration strategies
