• Plan branch targets and manpower
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales and credit managers
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets
• Identify high‑potential business clusters and execute penetration strategies
• Improve manpower productivity and manage product mix and profitability
• Oversee portfolio collection and audit compliance

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering or Management
• MBA or PGDM preferred
