About the role

75F is a global leader in IoT-based Building Automation & Energy Efficiency solutions for commercial buildings, headquartered in the US with offices across India, Singapore, and the Middle East. The Energy Analyst in Bengaluru drives and surpasses energy savings and efficiency targets on HVAC systems, prepares client dashboards and energy-saving reports, monitors client sites, and builds customer retention models based on energy trend analysis. The role also supports technicians with site installation, data flow stabilization, and post-commissioning technical issues, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to overcome constraints and deliver actionable analytical insights.

What you’ll do

  • Accountable for driving/surpassing energy savings/efficiency targets as agreed with the client on HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure constraints are overcome to meet the targets.
  • Prepare dashboards/energy-saving reports for the client and effectively take the client through the reports/dashboards.
  • Monitor client sites and build customer retention models based on analysing client energy trends.
  • Identify the scope of energy efficiency improvement in the system with the help of visualization alongside continuous integration and application of energy domain knowledge.
  • Conduct HVAC energy audits for different types of clients.
  • Provide actionable analytical insights and recommendations based on findings aligned to business objectives such as segmentation and targeting of customers.
  • Help the technician with site installation, data flow stabilization, report generation, and support to technical issues during and after commissioning.

What you’ll bring

  • Engineering Graduate, preferably from an Environmental/Energy background.
  • More than 3 years of in-depth understanding and analysis of energy data.
  • Experience in energy savings in HVAC systems is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets and conduct analysis involving multivariable equations.
  • Working knowledge of BMS and energy calculations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent computer proficiency.

Nice to have

Hands-on knowledge of the Power BI Tool is preferred.
