What you’ll do
- Lead technical discussions and provide strategic modeling insights to clients
- Develop and validate complex optimization models tailored to customer needs
- Guide junior analysts and mentor modeling best practices
- Conduct research on policy impacts, market developments, and emerging technologies
- Manage project lifecycles from scoping to delivery ensuring customer success
- Collaborate with product development to enhance software capabilities
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience in energy market modeling
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Extensive experience with PLEXOS or similar optimization software
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for market datasets
