About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead advisory projects independently across energy transition technologies
- Plan team work and ensure rigorous analysis standards
- Communicate insights clearly to clients
- Line‑manage and coach junior analysts
- Contribute to business development and proposal delivery
What you’ll bring
- Experience at consultancy, energy company, or financial services firm
- First‑class university degree (IIT/IIM preferred)
- Project and process management responsibility
- Ability to interpret complex quantitative data
- Experience with energy modelling of hybrid power products in India
- Knowledge of Indian power sector regulations
- Advanced data analytics skills (Python, R, Matlab, Excel)
- Leadership or mentoring experience
