Branch Relationship Officer

About the role

Axis Bank seeks a Branch Relationship Officer in Panipat to drive deposit mobilization and customer engagement for retail clients. The role involves cross-selling financial products, managing existing portfolios, and acquiring new customers through referrals and visits. This is an on-site position requiring 2-4 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Offer solutions and cross-sell retail banking and third-party products like insurance and loans
• Achieve assigned monthly business budgets consistently
• Generate referrals and leads for new customer acquisition
• Promote bank products via marketing activities and external customer visits
• Process customer transactions and service requests within defined turnaround times
• Handle customer queries to ensure resolution without complaints
• Follow all regulatory compliance guidelines and audit requirements
• Maintain daily entries of customer interactions in the bank's CRM system

What you’ll bring
