What you’ll do
- Offer financial solutions and cross-sell bank’s retail and third-party products
- Achieve assigned monthly business budgets consistently
- Generate referrals and leads for new customer acquisition
- Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
- Promote alternate banking channels like Internet and mobile banking
- Handle customer queries and ensure zero complaints
- Maintain CRM entries and complete mandatory certifications
- Participate in marketing activities and customer visits
What you’ll bring
- Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
- 2 - 4 Years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
