About the role

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain Java microservices using Spring Boot
  • Participate in system design and architectural decisions
  • Write clean, testable code and create automated tests
  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA for CI/CD pipelines
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews
  • Estimate, plan sprints, and contribute to technical roadmap
  • Improve engineering excellence via automation and observability
  • Support production systems with troubleshooting and root cause analysis

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years Java enterprise development
  • Spring Boot and microservices experience
  • Strong data structures and algorithms knowledge
  • Maven or Gradle build expertise
  • Git version control proficiency
  • Relational database experience
  • Cloud/containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
