About the role
Comcast India Engineering Center builds innovative software platforms that power media and technology services. The Engineer 3 designs and develops solutions, mentors junior staff, and ensures quality through close collaboration with QA. Based in Chennai, India, this role is on-site with occasional nights and weekends as needed.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop software solutions aligned with business objectives
- Analyze system requirements and customize applications for optimal functionality
- Assist with software updates and release roll-outs
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and troubleshoot complex issues
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years of software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
