About the role

As a Senior Travel Consultant you will advise and arrange corporate travel, conduct analysis, use GDS systems, ensure policy compliance and provide exceptional service. Based in Bangalore, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options
- Book domestic and international travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations
- Use Global Distribution Systems and provide training as needed
- Ensure compliance with travel and regulatory policies
- Provide positive telephone service and handle special requests
- Collaborate with team to coach and mentor for service improvement
