About the role
Traveler Care team at American Express GBT provides 24/7 corporate travel support. The Senior Travel Consultant advises and arranges travel for business clients, conducts analysis of travel options, and ensures policy compliance using GDS platforms like Galileo and Sabre. Gurgaon, India, on-site with afternoon shifts (12‑8 pm) and weekends.
What you’ll do
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options
- Book domestic and international travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations
- Use GDS systems including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations
- Provide positive telephone service and handle special requests
- Coach and mentor team members to improve service levels
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 1 year US and Asia bookings experience
- Minimum 1 year corporate travel bookings experience
- Native Galileo and Sabre GDS expertise
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
