About the role

As a Workday Data Conversion Consultant you will lead data conversion workstreams, map legacy data, validate loads, and mentor junior staff using Workday tools and Excel. Bangalore, hybrid (3 days onsite), relocation assistance may be available.
What you’ll bring
- Substantial delivery in data conversion workstreams for HCM, Financials, or Student implementations
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Convert data into Workday using proprietary loading tools
- Support client data mapping and validation
- Follow strategic direction for Workday project goals
Nice to have
- Current Workday certification
- 3+ years Workday data conversion experience with iLoads/EIBs
- SQL Server or Oracle, SQL, programming knowledge
- ETL, Web Services, XML/XSLT, VBA, Excel expertise
- Train and develop junior staff
