About the role
KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC drives enterprise-wide Workday transformations. The Consultant leads Workday data conversion projects, designs conversion strategies, assists clients with data extraction and cleanup, and oversees day‑to‑day ERP advisory engagements while managing staff and financial aspects. Hyderabad, India, on‑site role.
What you’ll do
- Lead Workday data conversion projects including strategy and implementation
- Assist customers with data extraction, requirement definition, and legacy data cleanup
- Support business development through proposal creation and cross‑service collaboration
- Lead day‑to‑day ERP advisory engagements and process design
- Supervise and performance‑manage staff on engagements
- Manage engagements according to KPMG financial policies
What you’ll bring
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA degree
- Minimum 10 years IT experience
- At least 4 years Workday implementation/support
- 5+ years functional financials ERP experience
- 3 complete data conversion project lifecycles
- 2 end‑to‑end Workday platform project deliveries
