About the role
Huron Consulting Group's Workday team helps clients implement and optimize Workday HCM solutions. As a Workday HCM Consultant (Benefits), you will configure, test, and deploy Workday Benefits modules, lead client workshops, and support data migrations and release updates. Bangalore, India, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Configure and implement Workday Benefits solutions
- Conduct client workshops to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop prototypes and configure benefit plans
- Assist with data migration and testing
- Analyze Workday release updates for impact
What you’ll bring
- Workday Benefits certification
- Minimum 3 years Workday experience
- Experience delivering 2+ Workday Benefits implementations
- Ability to configure benefit plans and open enrollment processes
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
Nice to have
- In-depth knowledge of benefits plan setup in Workday
- Experience with data conversion and testing in Workday
- Ability to manage multiple projects
