About the role

What you’ll do
- Diagnose client issues and design innovative Workday solutions
- Configure Workday core HCM per design specifications
- Lead POC/Proof of Technology workshops and solution demos
- Prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets
- Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Workday HCM consulting experience
- Proficiency in Workday configuration and core HCM modules
- Experience delivering proposals and solution designs
- Conducting POC and conference‑room pilot sessions
- Ability to lead small implementation projects
