- Process customer transactions and service requests within TAT
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and audit standards
- Update customer interactions in CRM and complete mandatory certifications
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years banking experience
- knowledge of KYC/AML regulations
- proficiency in retail banking products
- strong communication and sales skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
