About the role

JLL seeks a Facility Executive Technical in Pune to ensure smooth daily operations of plant and facilities equipment. The role involves inspecting equipment, performing repairs, coordinating with vendors, and guiding technicians while adhering to local regulations. This is an on-site position requiring rotational shifts and a six-day work week.

What you’ll do

Inspect equipment rooms and facilities using predefined checklists
Carry out equipment repairs and fixes for clients
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance work as needed
Walk duty technicians through weekend work plans
Provide technical recommendations for facility operations
Implement equipment moves, adds, and changes quickly
Report issues clearly and instruct on repairing malfunctions
Ensure compliance with local governmental rules and regulations

What you’ll bring

ITI in electrician
Wireman license

Nice to have

Min 3 years electrical utility and machine maintenance experience
Certified for electrical or mechanical repair
Prior facilities and maintenance role experience
Strong written and spoken communication skills
English and Chinese language proficiency is a plus
