About the role

Facilities Management team at JLL oversees technical operations for real estate assets. The role ensures utility systems, preventive maintenance, risk and safety practices are executed, conducts inspections, manages vendor relationships, and drives energy savings initiatives. Nashik, MH, on-site, 48 weekly hours, with leadership responsibilities and opportunity to influence facility performance.

What you’ll do

• Monitor technical service invoices and utility costs
• Oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules
• Conduct regular inspections for energy conservation and risk management
• Lead vendor coordination and ensure delivery standards
• Maintain equipment database and audit programs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years facility management experience
• Engineering or facilities management degree
• 2+ years contract administration experience
• Experience with tendering and service improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of occupational safety requirements
