About the role
Facilities Executive Technical on the JLL Facilities team ensures reliable operation and maintenance of building MEP systems. The role monitors HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, conducts equipment rounds, responds to breakdowns, executes preventive maintenance and tracks performance via the BMS. Manesar, HR, India, On-site, 48 weekly hours, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and operate HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems
- Conduct daily equipment rounds and inspections of plant rooms
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and track completion
- Monitor Building Management System alarms
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors and contractors
- Maintain equipment logbooks, maintenance records and shift reports
- Supervise contractor work and verify quality standards
What you’ll bring
- Diploma or BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2-4 years hands‑on building operations or facility maintenance experience
Nice to have
Prior experience in commercial facilities or real‑estate operations preferred
