About the role

What you’ll do
- Monitor and operate MEP systems including HVAC and electrical panels
- Conduct daily equipment rounds and inspections of plant rooms
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and track completion
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs
What you’ll bring
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 4-6 years experience in building operations or facility maintenance
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs)
- Understanding of electrical systems (HT/LT, DG sets)
