About the role

What you’ll do
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment
- Assist Chief Engineer with M&E project scope and quality control
- Oversee vendor contracts, compliance, and performance assessments
- Plan and manage engineering and operational budgets
- Implement energy conservation initiatives and annual power down procedures
- Maintain business uptime and incident reporting per company guidelines
- Prepare critical spares inventory and audit vendor spare management
- Develop and update standard operating procedures manuals
What you’ll bring
- BEE/B Tech degree
- 5-7 years facility management experience
- Experience with electrical and HVAC systems
- Age below 35 years
