What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end program planning, execution, and governance
• Coordinate cross‑functional engineering, product, and quality teams
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and release readiness
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics for program health
• Facilitate executive updates and stakeholder communications
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years technical program management experience
• BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree

Nice to have

• Strong agile delivery and release management expertise
• Proficiency with Jira and Power BI
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud/storage platforms
• Ability to apply AI and automation for productivity
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting
