About the role

Technical Program Management Office at Kaseya drives cross‑product technical initiatives for its AI‑powered IT management platform. The Staff TPM leads large, multi‑team programs spanning SaaS products, architecture, and cloud infrastructure, translating company priorities into detailed plans, managing risks, and ensuring reliable delivery. Based in Bangalore with an on‑site work model, the role partners with engineering leaders, senior executives, and security teams to align architecture decisions and scale program frameworks.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end execution of cross‑functional technical programs impacting multiple Kaseya products
• Translate company priorities into program plans, milestones, success metrics, and delivery commitments
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs across engineering, product, security, and operations
• Partner with engineering leaders and architects to align on design, integration, and sequencing
• Produce executive‑level updates highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans
• Facilitate decision‑making across competing priorities and limited resources
• Establish scalable program management frameworks, operating rhythms, and tooling
• Mentor and influence other TPMs to raise program management standards

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years technical program management experience in SaaS or cloud environments
• Strong technical foundation in architecture, APIs, data flows, and cloud‑native systems
• Proven ability to lead multi‑team, multi‑product programs with high complexity
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive‑level presentations
• Demonstrated influence without authority in matrixed organizations
• Experience with platform integration, M&A integration, or large‑scale SaaS modernization
• Familiarity with AWS and enterprise‑grade security requirements
• Knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery models
