Staff Technical Program Manager

About the role

TriNet Group seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager in Hyderabad, India, to lead large-scale strategic technology programs from strategy through execution. The role involves balancing business needs with technical constraints, defining roadmaps, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring extensive experience in technical program management.

• Lead the delivery of large-scale strategic programs across cross-functional technology teams
• Partner with business and technology leadership to establish roadmaps, vision, and expected benefits
• Define and align metrics with company strategic objectives and goals
• Drive communication between technology and business partners for successful implementations
• Lead through influence to determine effective strategies amidst competing priorities
• Anticipate future consequences and trends, incorporating them into project plans
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to colleagues to foster growth
• Seek continuous improvements to optimize efficiency and quality

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent training
• 12+ years of experience in technical program or project management roles
• 6+ years of experience in Agile software delivery
• Proven record of successfully delivering complex solutions, systems, or services
• Advanced ability to manage multiple programs across multiple time zones

Nice to have

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI certification preferred
