About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Design to lead product and brand design at a Series‑A portfolio company. The role involves directing design teams, shaping product strategy, and scaling design systems across enterprise SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product design experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of building robust design systems in fast‑growing environments. They will partner with product, engineering, marketing, and sales leaders to translate user needs into compelling interfaces, champion design culture, and advocate for design at senior leadership levels. The position requires a visionary mindset, deep understanding of complex product ecosystems, and the ability to turn ambiguous feedback into actionable plans.
