About the role
OpenFX is building the infrastructure for next‑generation cross‑border payments. As Head of Product Design you will own the end‑to‑end design vision, audit and rebuild the design system, create intuitive trading and treasury interfaces, and mentor a growing design team. Miami, London, Dubai, Bengaluru – onsite, with relocation support where applicable.
What you’ll do
- Audit current design system and identify gaps
- Create scalable design system and component library
- Design financial tooling for trading and treasury management
- Partner with product and engineering to balance trade‑offs
- Build and mentor a high‑performing design team
- Define design strategy aligned with business outcomes
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years design experience
- 3+ years leading design for trading or treasury platforms
- Deep expertise in trading UI/UX patterns
- Knowledge of banking and payments product flows
- Systems thinking with pixel‑perfect attention
- Portfolio of financial services design work
