About the role

What you’ll do

  • Define product vision, MVP scope, and long‑term roadmap
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions
  • Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle: backlog, sprint planning, releases, pricing, GTM alignment
  • Build and nurture the product team, establishing processes and agile rituals
  • Track KPIs on adoption, engagement, retention, and market impact

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 12+ years product management experience, preferably B2B SaaS
  • 5+ years managing or mentoring a small product team
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
