About the role
Miror, an early‑stage AI‑driven women’s health platform, seeks a Head of Product & Technology (CTPO) to own the end‑to‑end product vision and roadmap. The role blends product leadership, AI strategy, and technical architecture to translate clinical protocols into user‑friendly digital journeys for peri/menopause care. The CTPO will work closely with a small engineering team, medical advisors, and data scientists to deliver AI‑powered features while ensuring clinical credibility and regulatory compliance. Based in Bangalore, the position is on‑site with a hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Define product roadmap aligned with holistic menopausal care
- Lead AI strategy and technical architecture
- Collaborate with engineers on MVP and scalability
- Coordinate with medical advisors for clinical credibility
- Ensure compliance with health data regulations
- Drive analytics and experimentation
- Facilitate product rituals and backlog grooming
- Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
