What you’ll do
- Run daily ops controls (cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD and reconciliation)
- Service branch customers and maintain branch operation in-line with audit compliance requirements
- Ensure accurate account opening/KYC with CKYC uploads and documentation quality
- Track service metrics (TAT, FTR, complaints) and implement RCA-based fixes
- Prepare for audits/inspections; maintain records and resolve observations on time
- Cross-sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all new customers
- Train frontline on process updates and compliance requirements
- Manage inventory of customer deliverables and gold loan packets
What you’ll bring
- 3 to 9 years of branch operations experience
- Graduate degree
- Knowledge of KYC/AML and RBI compliance norms
- Experience with cash, vault, ATM, and reconciliation operations
- Account opening and CKYC upload documentation skills
- Audit and inspection preparation experience
- Customer servicing and branch operation management
- Service metrics tracking (TAT, FTR, complaints) and RCA-based fixes
