About the role

What you’ll do
- Assist Branch Head in achieving targets and driving sales campaigns
- Monitor unusual transactions and ensure timely resolution
- Manage branch costs, cash, ATM, key movement, lockers, and stationery
- Supervise client and internal accounts, deposits, closures, and payables/receivables
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory guidelines
- Review operational reports and drive process improvements
- Oversee branch administration, vendor payments, and AMC contracts
- Drive migration of customers to digital channels
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years banking operations experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Knowledge of KYC, AML, audit processes
