About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead and participate in managing delivery of technology products and services
- Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions
- Review customer information and implement technical initiatives for complex projects
- Collaborate with technology and finance stakeholders to analyze cost variances and produce transparent reporting
- Prepare clear analysis materials for governance forums and leadership
What you’ll bring
5+ years of Information Technology experience supporting Business Services
Nice to have
- TBM Certification preferred
- Experience with Apptio, TBM, or similar financial management tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools
- Knowledge of infrastructure or workplace technology services and cost structures
- Familiarity with chargeback, showback, or FinOps models
