About the role
Technology as a Business unit at Bajaj Finance builds high‑scale digital platforms for mobile and web experiences. The Lead Business Analyst drives end‑to‑end delivery, requirement clarity, and governance across product, engineering, QA and support PODs, acting as the single point of accountability. Pune, India, on‑site (corporate office).
What you’ll do
- Own delivery lifecycle from requirement to production rollout
- Drive project planning, tracking, and milestone governance
- Maintain sprint progress, risk logs, and dependency trackers
- Facilitate daily/weekly governance reviews and stakeholder reporting
- Act as central communication bridge between business, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably Computer Science/IT
Nice to have
- 3-6 years Business Analysis/Product/Digital experience
- Mobile/Digital domain expertise (Android, iOS, Web)
- Strong Agile/DevOps knowledge
- Requirement gathering and documentation
- Stakeholder communication and escalation
