What you’ll do
- Lead complex initiatives delivering technology solutions across business and tech teams
- Define and develop functional requirements for business and technology requests
- Make decisions on multifaceted situations influencing companywide solutions
- Manage project documentation, schedules, and deliverables
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive solutions
- Ensure communication flow between business and technology stakeholders
- Provide primary point of contact for complex production incidents and root‑cause analysis
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Business Systems design experience
- Deep specialization in Loan IQ and commercial lending platforms
- 4‑8+ years hands‑on Loan IQ production support
- Strong SQL query development and analysis
- Experience with Agile delivery and JIRA/ALM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Visio
- Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to lead documentation and project schedules
