About the role
Tata Communications seeks a Jr Team Member for Program Management within Platform Planning & Network Design to support service delivery for international customers. The role involves coordinating supplier activities, managing end-to-end orders, and ensuring timely installation functions to meet SLAs. This full-time position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
What you’ll do
- Responsible for Delivery of services for international customers
- End to end order management for smooth delivery
- Supplier co-ordination for service delivery
- Ensures that all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLA’s
- Perform escalation management, wherever necessary and in case project is in jeopardy
- Customer communications and KCIs (Keep Customer Informed)
- Co-ordinating with suppliers and securing field resources for priority orders
What you’ll bring
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Telecom/ISP domain
- Basic understanding of telecom standards & protocols
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
