About the role

What you’ll do
- Responsible for delivery of services for international customers
- End-to-end order management for smooth delivery
- Supplier coordination for service delivery and securing field resources
- Ensures installation functions are performed timely to meet SLAs
- Perform escalation management when projects are in jeopardy
- Customer communications and maintaining KCIs
- Ensure customer-end service readiness
What you’ll bring
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Telecom/ISP domain
- Basic understanding of telecom standards & protocols
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
