About the role
Tata Communications seeks a Jr Team Member for Service Delivery within the Platform Planning & Network Design department in Chennai, India. The role focuses on managing end-to-end order delivery for international customers, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely installation to meet SLAs. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring basic telecom domain knowledge.
What you’ll do
- Responsible for delivery of services for international customers
- End to end order management for smooth delivery
- Supplier coordination for service delivery and securing field resources
- Ensures that all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLAs
- Perform escalation management when project is in jeopardy
- Customer communications and KCIs (Keep Customer Informed)
- Ensure customer-end service readiness
What you’ll bring
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Telecom/ISP domain
- Basic understanding of telecom standards & protocols
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
