- Set and achieve monthly loan disbursement targets
- Plan branch manpower and oversee recruitment and training of sales and credit managers
- Identify high‑potential business clusters and execute penetration strategies
- Monitor and improve team productivity and branch profitability
- Manage product mix, portfolio performance, and collection processes
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management
- MBA or PGDM
Nice to have
- 2+ years relevant banking or micro‑business loan experience
- Proven track record in meeting disbursement targets
- Experience in recruiting and training sales and credit staff
