SAP FI Manager

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is recruiting an SAP FI Manager (Consulting - FICO Senior Consultant) to lead and support SAP FI design, configuration, and implementation within the SAP FI/CO landscape. Day-to-day work spans SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation projects, covering General Ledger, AP/AR, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Fixed Assets, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, COPA, Product Costing, and Material Ledger, with integration to MM, SD, PP, and PS. The role requires collaborating with onsite coordinators, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading design workshops, and delivering compliant, scalable solutions across multiple Indian delivery locations.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to different phases of ongoing SAP implementation projects across SAP S/4HANA FICO functionalities
• Lead and support SAP FI design, configuration, and implementation activities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions
• Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators
• Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reporting to the manager/lead
• Follow up on action items from workshops
• Ensure seamless integration of S/4HANA Finance with third-party systems
• Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations

What you’ll bring

• Qualified CA / ICWA / ICMA / MBA Finance from a reputed institution
• 7 to 10 years of SAP FI experience
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FI and FI/CO modules
• End-to-end implementation, rollout, support, upgrade, and enhancement experience
• Ability to independently gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Ability to independently drive design workshops and prepare workshop materials
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
• Strong business communication skills and prior client-facing consulting experience

Nice to have

• SAP Finance/Controlling Certification
• Experience with FIORI APPS, BO-DS, BW, HANA, and other reporting tools
• Knowledge of COPA, Marginal Analysis, Product Costing, and Material Ledger
• Background in the relevant industry
• Experience developing project documentation such as business process flows and training materials
• Project management methodology experience
