What you’ll do

  • Architect end‑to‑end SAP data migration solutions aligned with Clean Core principles
  • Lead greenfield, brownfield, and bluefield S/4HANA transformations
  • Design ETL solutions using BODS, Syniti ADM/ADMM, and LTMC
  • Drive FICO‑based data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
  • Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ solutioning and effort estimation
  • Define data governance, quality, and cleansing frameworks
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams
  • Manage global delivery teams and stakeholder relationships

What you’ll bring

  • 14+ years SAP experience with data migration focus
  • Strong expertise in BODS, Syniti ADM/ADMM, LTMC
  • Deep SAP FICO functional knowledge
  • Experience with S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, bluefield transformations
  • Proven stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Leadership of global delivery teams
  • Optional SAP S/4HANA or Data Migration certifications
  • Optional Syniti or SAP BODS certification
