About the role

Finance team at Salesforce Staff Engineer is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to own and transform multi-country payroll operations. The role leads US payroll in ADP Workforce Now, drives insourcing of India payroll, and ensures compliance across jurisdictions while collaborating with CFO, controllers, and HR. Bangalore, Hybrid (3 days onsite), relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end US payroll processing in ADP Workforce Now
• Oversee and review India payroll cycles and lead insourcing transition
• Prepare and post ADP-to-NetSuite payroll journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Manage India statutory compliance filings and audits
• Coordinate cross‑border payroll processes with finance and HR stakeholders
• Hire, train, and mentor junior payroll teammate

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years payroll management experience
• Hands‑on ADP Workforce Now processing
• In‑depth US payroll compliance knowledge
• Experience insourcing payroll from outsourced processors
• Expertise with NetSuite and FloQast reconciliation tools
• India payroll statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity)
• Strong stakeholder management across CFO, controllers, and HR
