What you’ll do
- Lead and develop a 70+ member payroll team across regions
- Own end‑to‑end payroll operations for multiple countries
- Drive audit compliance, internal controls and automation initiatives
- Partner with HR, Accounting, Treasury and compliance stakeholders
- Create and monitor performance metrics and annual operating plans
- Manage budget, headcount forecasting and resource planning
- Escalate and resolve complex payroll issues with senior leadership

- 12+ years tax/finance analytical experience
- 8+ years KPI-driven financial analysis
- 8+ years building operational reports
- 7+ years hiring and leading large teams
- MBA or CPA
